Ever wonder how to start a conversation in order to share your faith? Start by saying, "Thank you."

Again, after my morning run, I stopped to talk to a school crossing guard, Margaret.  To begin the conversation I simply told her thank you for serving and giving your time for the safety of the children.  The just laughed and replied that she enjoyed it and that it was no problem at all.

I, then, proceeded the ask Margaret about her spiritual life and she shared with me how she was a Christian and attended a church a few blocks away.  I told Margaret that I attended the church down the street and she replied that she and her husband have visited a few times.  She likes our pastor a lot.

Sometimes Every time, the best way to start a conversation is through humility. Serve those who are serving.
